WARRANTY POLICY
At moki+, we understand that purchasing a new product can be a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident in your decision to shop with us. That's why we offer a 3-month warranty on Haven & Haven+.
The process for making a warranty claim for a moki+ product is as follows:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please inspect the item upon receiving it and notify us immediately. Be sure to include images of the product, your order number, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Please note that our warranty only applies to moki+ products purchased from authorized dealers. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
In order to make a warranty claim, you must provide the original receipt for your purchase.
If your product is covered by the warranty, we will work with you to repair or replace it as needed.
If your product is not covered by the warranty, we will provide you with a quote for the repair costs. You will have the option to pay for the repairs and return shipping.
Please note that this warranty is only valid for the original residential address where the product was first delivered when purchased. You will need to provide an original sales receipt or delivery order to establish the purchase date and delivery address.
This warranty does not cover natural variations or inconsistencies in color (shades) or pattern (wood grains) of Birch plywood, as it is a natural product. It also does not cover water condensation marks or food stains.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Team through the contact page, including your order invoice number, the date of purchase, a photo of the defect, and a brief explanation of the issue.
moki+ reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of action, whether it be repair or exchange, and to choose the replacement product if an exchange is necessary.
